Born from these challenges, the design features two perfectly aligned halves that come together to form a seamless heart. Equal in design and versatile in production, this unique creation is made possible through our specialised slotted locks, ensuring both symmetry and production flexibility.
Our journey towards the Heart Duo was inspired by a simple idea: to introduce a heart-themed box to our stock catalog. In the folding packaging world, crafting rounded shapes, especially the traditional romanticized heart, has always been a challenge. Recognizing an opportunity, we envisioned two individual boxes, each resembling half of a heart. When united, they seamlessly form a complete heart, anchored securely with our meticulously designed slotted locks. This design is not only visually captivating but also offers practical advantages, such as flexibility in production decisions, from die-cutting tool size adjustments to optimising box layouts.
